Oily wastewater (1) is drawn from the drum* into the pickup tube (2) and fed to the strainer (3). From there, the smooth permanently lubricated pump (4) transports the wastewater under pressure to the membrane (5). Here the clean water (6) is separated from the oily wastewater which re-circulates to the waste reservoir (7), while the clean water (6) is discharged into the sever or is reused in the original process. * Drum not included. |

Oily wastewater is drawn from the processing tank (1) and fed to the strainer (2) for removal of large solid particles. From there, the stainless steel pump (3) transports the wastewater under pressure to the tubular membranes (4). Here the clean water (5) is separated from the oily wastewater which re-circulates to the processing tank, while the clean water is discharged or reused in the original process. The three control valves can be adjusted to re-circulate detergent from the on-board wash tank (6) for periodic membrane cleaning. Various size units and tank options available. |
